Shattea is an AI sales assistant SaaS for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. It answers and sells 24/7, 365 days a year. It checks the business's real inventory during the conversation, collects lead details, books appointments, verifies payment receipts and alerts a human when a conversation needs one. It's built as a multi-tenant SaaS with subscription plans, so a buyer can rebrand it and sell it to businesses right away.

Three AI operating modes

• Sales Mode. Guides the customer from question to purchase, answers with real product and inventory data, and validates payment information, e.g. checking a transfer receipt the customer sends and confirming the sale.

How it works

1. A business signs up, picks a plan and connects its WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts.
2. It loads its inventory and writes (or picks) the master prompt, then tests it on the simulator.
3. It chooses an operating mode (sales, lead or appointment) and switches the bot on for each channel, always on or on a schedule.
4. Incoming messages go to the AI backend, which decides the right action: answer, look up stock, collect data, book, or verify payment.
5. The team gets WhatsApp alerts for completed leads, bookings and sales, and steps in where the dashboard flags it.

Good to know

• No third-party accounts are included. You need your own OpenAI key, Meta app with WhatsApp Cloud API access, Firebase project and hosting, configured through environment variables.
• Meta app review. Messaging customers' WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts at scale requires Meta business verification and app review. That is the operator's responsibility.
• The interface is in Spanish. Translating it for other markets is a customisation task.
• Running costs. OpenAI and WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by those providers.
