How payments and refunds work on Sell My Code — if we can't deliver your order, you get a full refund.
This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work when you buy source code, ready-made (“clone”) apps, or purchase tokens on Sell My Code (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If we are unable to deliver the product you paid for, we will refund the complete amount. This is the core of our policy: you are never out of pocket for something we could not hand over. The refund covers the full amount you paid for that order.
Everything sold on Sell My Code is a digital product — source code, application builds, licences, and related documentation — delivered electronically. Because these are non-returnable digital goods that can be copied the moment they are handed over, once a product has been delivered the sale is final and the payment is non-refundable. The only exception is the delivery guarantee in Section 1.
We built the Platform around an evaluate-first model so you never buy blind:
Completing a purchase confirms that you have reviewed the product and are satisfied that it meets your requirements.
Tokens bought to transact on the Platform are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and remain usable until they expire. If we are unable to deliver a product you redeemed tokens or payment for, the delivery guarantee in Section 1 applies.
If your order was not delivered, email sales@sellmycode.co or use our Contact page. Please include your order reference and the email address used at checkout. We aim to review every request within 5 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
