These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sellmycode.co and all related services (the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Triple Minds Pvt Ltd (“Sell My Code”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 3rd Floor, IT Tower, E-261, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160055, India.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, listing a product, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Sell My Code is an online marketplace for digital products — source code, ready-made (“clone”) applications, white-label software, SaaS platforms, templates, and related documentation and licences. We provide the technology, listings, checkout and support that connect developers and businesses who wish to sell such products (“Sellers”) with buyers who wish to purchase them (“Buyers”). Some products are supplied directly by Triple Minds Pvt Ltd, and others are listed by independent third-party Sellers whom we have onboarded.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.
Where a Product is supplied by an independent Seller, Triple Minds Pvt Ltd acts as the operator of the marketplace and, where applicable, as an authorised collection agent for the payment. The Seller is solely responsible for the Product they list, including its ownership, originality, description, licensing, functionality and lawful sale. Each Seller warrants that they own or are licensed to sell the Product and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights. We onboard Sellers in accordance with applicable law and may request documentation to verify identity and rights at any time.
Prices are displayed on each Product page and at checkout. Prices may be shown in US Dollars (USD) and/or Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law; any taxes, duties or gateway charges that apply to your Order will be shown before you pay. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time before an Order is confirmed.
Payments are processed by third-party payment aggregators and gateways (for example, PayPal and Paytm Payments Services Limited). By paying, you authorise the applicable gateway to charge your chosen payment method for the Order total. We do not store your full card or banking details. Your payment is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of the relevant payment provider.
All Products are delivered electronically — typically by download link, repository access, license key or email — after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines are stated on the Product page or communicated after purchase. Because Products are digital, no physical shipping is involved.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: if we are unable to deliver the Product you paid for, you receive a full refund. Because digital goods can be copied once delivered, a Product that has already been delivered is generally non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in the Refund Policy. Please review the Product scope and licence, and ask any questions, before purchasing.
Each Product is supplied under the licence stated on its Product page (for example, a white-label commercial licence). You receive only the rights granted by that licence and no others. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-license a Product except as expressly permitted. The Platform itself, including its design, text, logos and software, is owned by Triple Minds Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) infringe any intellectual-property or other rights; (b) upload or sell unlawful, malicious, or infringing material; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users’ accounts; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; or (e) use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this section.
The Platform and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Product will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple Minds Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any Product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Minds Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors and employees from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or — if you are a Seller — any Product you list or any infringement or non-compliance connected with it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
