Creaeattiva Tema 5: Node.js Workflow Orchestration & Audit Log Platform (Full Source Code)
Creaeattiva Tema 5 is a production-oriented foundation for running, monitoring and auditing operational actions. It includes a versioned Express REST API, JWT-secured action dispatch with roles and scopes, an append-only activity history, MongoDB persistence and an installable PWA console in five languages. Start from working code instead of designing the core from scratch.

About this product
Almost every internal tool needs the same core: a way to trigger an operation, check who is allowed to run it, record exactly what happened, and show that history to the people who have to answer for it. Teams rebuild this action-and-audit layer on every project. Creaeattiva Tema 5 gives you that core, already built and documented.
It is an enterprise action and workflow orchestration platform. Users trigger typed actions such as PROCESS_DATA, SYNC_SETTINGS or GENERATE_REPORT from a central Action Console. The backend validates and executes each one, stores the result, and writes the event to an append-only activity history with status, timing and payload. Agencies and development teams can use it as the starting point for operational consoles, data-processing pipelines, audit-ready tracking systems and client projects.
Key features
- Extensible action model. Add new typed actions and handlers without touching the core.
- REST API v1. Versioned Express endpoints under
/api/v1/tema5, with strict CORS directives and JSON validation. - JWT-secured actions. Every dispatch carries a bearer token, and roles, scopes and audit trails are enforced server-side before execution.
- Real-time activity log. Complete action history with status, timing and payload inspection, which is the auditability investors and auditors ask for.
- Append-only history for full traceability.
- Offline-capable PWA. An installable single-page console with async Fetch API loading, resilient state and full responsiveness on any device.
- Multilingual by design. Ships in English with Italian, Spanish, French and German translations, managed through one dictionary layer.
- MongoDB with a PostgreSQL path. Mongoose-backed persistence, plus a documented migration path to PostgreSQL for enterprise deployments.
- Health endpoint. A liveness probe reporting live status and a timestamp, for uptime monitors and container orchestration.
- Secrets managed with dotenv.
REST endpoints
POST /api/v1/tema5/actiondispatches a typed action with its JSON payloadGET /api/v1/tema5/historyreturns the paginated activity historyGET /api/v1/healthis a liveness probe for orchestration and uptime monitors
Architecture
- Backend (Node.js / Express). A
server.jsentry point with CORS, JSON body parsing and static PWA delivery. Versioned routes are mounted at/api/v1/tema5for actions and history. - Frontend (PWA: HTML5, CSS3, ES6+). A single-page console with dark, reactive design tokens, async Fetch calls with JWT bearer authorization, SPA fallback routing and an installable manifest.
- Data and security. MongoDB via Mongoose, JWT tokens with role scopes, dotenv-managed secrets and append-only activity history.
Use cases
- Internal operations consoles. Give ops teams one place to run and review routine jobs.
- Data-processing pipelines. Trigger, monitor and audit batch processing and sync jobs.
- Audit-ready activity tracking. Keep compliance-friendly records of who ran what and when.
- Integration hub. Connect CRM, ERP or internal tools by adding actions that call their APIs.
- Agency starter kit. Reuse it as the base for client projects that need action orchestration and process monitoring.
- Admin backends for SaaS products that need role-scoped operations and an audit trail.

What you get
- Full source code: the Express backend and the PWA frontend
- Architecture documentation
- Existing REST API structure
- Translations for five languages
- 30 days of seller support
- Optional annual maintenance: $299/year
Good to know
- This is a foundation, not a finished vertical product. The built-in actions are examples. You add the business-specific actions and integrations.
- The public console preview runs on an embedded local runtime. According to the seller's own site, connecting the console to the Express REST API is the final production step. Confirm the integration status during due diligence.

Documentation
When an action is triggered (for example PROCESS_DATA, SYNC_SETTINGS or GENERATE_REPORT), the system processes the request through the backend API, stores the result and automatically records the event in the activity history.
The frontend is a Progressive Web App that communicates with the Node.js/Express backend via REST endpoints. Authentication is handled with JWT tokens, ensuring secure access. All operational data is stored in MongoDB.
Developers can easily extend the action model, add new endpoints or integrate the platform with external systems such as CRM, ERP or internal tools. The architecture is modular, documented and designed to be customized without rewriting the core structure.
