Ayoha: White-Label Loyalty, Membership & Rewards SaaS Platform (Merchant Portal + Customer PWA)
Ayoha is a ready-built, two-sided loyalty platform. In the Momentum merchant portal, businesses create membership cards and eight kinds of loyalty programs. In the Engage customer PWA, members discover merchants, check in, earn points and redeem rewards. It is built with React, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL and Stripe, and is already deployed.

About this product
Customer retention is cheaper than acquisition, and every café, salon, gym and retailer knows it. Most small merchants, though, are stuck with paper stamp cards or a patchwork of apps that don't talk to each other. Ayoha is a complete, multi-tenant loyalty and membership platform that gives merchants digital membership cards, flexible loyalty programs and a direct channel to their customers, and gives customers one app for all their memberships.
It is a two-sided system on a shared backend:
- Ayoha Momentum is the merchant portal, for managing cards, programs, members, revenue and campaigns.
- Ayoha Engage is the customer-facing Progressive Web App. Members discover businesses, subscribe to memberships, check in, earn points and redeem rewards, with no app-store install needed.
A deployed instance of both apps is already running, and the screenshots come from it.

- Store purchases can be restricted to members with an active membership
Use cases
- POS and payment companies: add a loyalty and membership layer to an existing merchant base.
- Loyalty and marketing agencies: white-label the platform and offer it to a merchant network.
- SaaS founders: launch a standalone loyalty SaaS for restaurants, cafés, salons, gyms, retail stores, clinics and service businesses.
- Merchant networks, malls and associations: run a shared rewards ecosystem across many businesses.
- Clubs and communities: run paid memberships with perks and events.

Documentation
Merchants operate through Ayoha Momentum, where they create and manage membership cards, loyalty programmes, subscribers, rewards, business information and their Ayoha Store. Membership cards act as a core relationship layer that can be connected to different loyalty programmes and customer activities.
Customers interact through Ayoha Engage, a mobile-first PWA. They can discover businesses, subscribe to available memberships, access membership cards and loyalty programmes, view rewards, check in and purchase eligible merchant-store items.
Both applications use the same database with authentication, Row Level Security and server-side business rules controlling access to merchant and customer data. Sensitive operations are handled through Supabase RPCs and Edge Functions rather than being trusted entirely to the frontend.
Store purchases can be restricted based on active membership status. Payment and checkout workflows are integrated with Stripe, including webhook-based payment status updates.
The frontend is built with React, Vite and TypeScript, while Supabase provides authentication, database, storage and serverless backend services.
