About this product

A dental tourism patient's journey is long and spread across many tools. An enquiry arrives from abroad on WhatsApp. Photos and X-rays go to a dentist for review. A treatment plan becomes a quote, the quote becomes a deposit, then come flights, a hotel and an airport transfer, treatment across several visits, and follow-up once the patient is home. Most clinics run this across a generic CRM, spreadsheets, messaging apps, payment links and travel emails. Leads go cold, quotes get lost, and nobody can see the whole journey.

DNTRVL is an operating system for dental tourism. It is a purpose-built, multi-tenant SaaS platform that models the entire international patient journey as one connected workflow: lead and qualification, dentist review, treatment plan, quote, deposit, travel, arrival, treatment and follow-up. It combines CRM, patient management, communications, clinical workflow, quotations, payments, travel planning, scheduling, documents, a patient portal and multi-clinic management in a single system built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.

The listing is for the completed software, source code and IP. It suits a dental group, a medical tourism operator or a healthcare software company that wants to own a vertical platform instead of spending a year or more building one.

Platform modules

Command center (overview)

  • A live view of the whole network: active journeys, contracted value, net collected (compared with the previous period), outstanding balance, arrivals in the next 7 days, and treatment progress
  • Filters by date range (today to year-to-date) and by clinic, in each clinic's own time zone
  • An Attention queue that surfaces what needs a human today, such as undelivered messages or patients waiting for a reply, with priority levels
  • A journey funnel showing where every patient has got to and how many dropped off at each stage
  • Every number is computed from the operational record, and each one links through to the underlying records

International patient pipeline (CRM)

  • A 10-stage board covering New, Qualified, Dentist review, Treatment plan, Quote sent, Deposit, Arriving and onward to treatment
  • Open and weighted pipeline value (stage confidence applied) and inquiry-to-deposit conversion rate
  • Lead cards with the patient's country, requested treatment (implants, Hollywood Smile, full-mouth restoration, crowns, whitening and more), case value, lead score, stage and assignee
  • A "waiting on us" counter so no patient is left without a reply

Cases and treatment plans (clinical)

  • A case opens from a conversation, is reviewed by a dentist, priced as a treatment plan and sent as a quote
  • Status tracking: awaiting dentist review, under review, plan ready, accepted
  • Plan prices are computed on the server from the plan's own line items, so quotes stay consistent
  • Patient references, assigned clinic and dentist, and the latest plan value

Calendar and clinic operations

  • A weekly calendar per clinic, shown on the clinic's own clock
  • Filters by dentist and by room (treatment rooms, surgical suite, consultation room)
  • A Clinic board for day-to-day delivery

Multi-clinic management

  • A clinic directory with chairs, operatories, specialties (implantology, prosthodontics, cosmetic, orthodontics, full-arch, oral surgery), patient counts, average case value and status (active or onboarding)
  • Enterprise groups: several clinics under one organization, with group-level finance and intelligence

Travel and logistics

  • A travel plan per patient covering airport, flight, hotel and transfer information
  • Arrival tracking linked to the treatment schedule

Communications and automations

  • A unified patient conversation history, with a delivery-failure alert on each message
  • Automations for follow-up and handoffs
  • Provider seams for email, messaging and translation

Finance and intelligence

  • Deposits and payments tracked against quotes
  • Commercial intelligence computed from actual quotes and payments, kept separate from reported snapshots

Patient portal and documents

  • Patient-facing functionality and document storage for photos, X-rays, plans and travel documents

Architecture and security

  • Multi-tenant SaaS with tenant isolation and tenant-scoped authorization
  • PostgreSQL row-level security (RLS) as a second layer of data isolation
  • Granular role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Audit logging
  • Framework-independent domain logic, kept separate from the app and from external providers
  • Provider abstractions for email, messaging, payments, billing, travel, translation and storage, so integrations can be swapped without rewriting the core
  • REST API and webhook infrastructure
  • White-label capability
  • SaaS subscription billing behind a provider-neutral interface, with Paddle integrated as Merchant of Record
  • An extensive automated test suite (Vitest)
  • Acquisition-oriented technical documentation
  • A read-only demo environment with synthetic data, plus a marketing website with pricing, security and demo-booking pages

Who it is for

  • Dental groups and clinic chains that treat international patients and want one system for every clinic.
  • Dental tourism and medical tourism operators that coordinate patients, clinics and travel.
  • Dental and healthcare software companies adding a vertical product.
  • Software entrepreneurs who want to commercialise a finished vertical SaaS in fast-growing markets such as Turkey, Hungary, Mexico, Thailand or Albania.
  • Adjacent verticals. The same journey model (enquiry, specialist review, plan, quote, deposit, travel, procedure, follow-up) fits hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, IVF and other medical tourism.

Business model

The seller's intended SaaS pricing is €149/month Starter, €299/month Professional, €699/month Group and a custom Enterprise tier. Subscription billing through Paddle is already integrated. A buyer can also run it privately as an in-house system for their own clinics.

Documentation

DNTRVL is built as a modern multi-tenant web application using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind and PostgreSQL-compatible persistence. The architecture separates framework-independent domain logic from the application and external service providers, allowing integrations to be replaced or extended without rewriting the core product.
The central data model connects organizations, clinics, staff, patients, leads, conversations, treatment plans, quotes, payments, travel plans, appointments, clinical records, documents and follow-up into a unified patient journey. Users can progress an international patient from initial lead and qualification through dentist review, treatment planning, quotation, deposit, travel, arrival, treatment and post-treatment follow-up.
The system includes authentication, granular permissions, tenant-scoped authorization, PostgreSQL row-level security, audit trails, API/webhook infrastructure, enterprise groups, multi-clinic controls and provider seams for email, messaging, payments, billing, travel, translation, storage and other integrations.
SaaS subscription billing is isolated behind a provider-neutral billing interface with Paddle as the current Merchant of Record integration. External travel and communication providers can be connected according to the buyer's requirements.
The codebase has an extensive automated verification suite and acquisition-oriented technical documentation. Live commercial customer testing has not yet been performed.

Frequently asked questions

What is dental tourism software? +
Dental tourism software manages international dental patients from the first enquiry to post-treatment follow-up. It covers lead management, dentist review of photos and X-rays, treatment plans and quotes, deposits, travel logistics (flights, hotel, transfers), appointments and follow-up. Generic dental practice software and generic CRMs each cover only part of that journey.
How is DNTRVL different from a generic CRM or dental practice software? +
A generic CRM stops at the deal, and dental practice software starts at the chair. DNTRVL models the whole international journey as one workflow: a 10-stage patient pipeline, dentist review, server-priced treatment plans and quotes, deposits, travel plans, per-clinic calendars and follow-up. It also includes multi-clinic management and group-level finance.
Is DNTRVL multi-tenant and secure? +
Yes. It is a multi-tenant SaaS with tenant isolation, tenant-scoped authorization, PostgreSQL row-level security, granular role-based access control and audit logging.
What technology is it built with? +
Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS on Node.js, with PostgreSQL (including row-level security) for storage, a REST API and webhooks, Paddle for subscription billing, and Vitest for automated tests. Domain logic is framework-independent, and external services connect through provider abstractions.
Can it be used for other kinds of medical tourism? +
The journey it models (enquiry, specialist review, treatment plan, quote, deposit, travel, procedure and follow-up) is the same for hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, IVF and other medical tourism. The buyer can adapt treatments, specialties and stages to a new vertical.
Does DNTRVL have customers or revenue? +
No. The seller states that DNTRVL is pre-revenue with no commercial customers, and that live customer testing has not yet been done. The acquisition is for the completed technology, architecture, source code and IP. The intended SaaS pricing is €149, €299 and €699 per month, plus a custom Enterprise tier.
