About this product
A mutual-consent divorce is the simplest kind of divorce, but for the couple going through it, it rarely feels simple. They have to work out which documents are needed, draft a settlement agreement, gather personal paperwork such as ID cards and the marriage certificate, understand how and where everything gets signed and filed, and keep talking to each other about it all. Most people do it once, under stress, with information scattered across websites and forums.
Divorcio Fácil ("Easy Divorce") is a Spanish-language divorce app that turns that process into a guided, step-by-step mobile experience. Users answer a short case questionnaire, generate and organize their documents, follow signing and filing instructions, message their spouse inside the app and ask an AI assistant when they get stuck. The seller describes it as a fully developed, ready-to-launch app for Android and iOS with a subscription business model and premium features for paying users. The branding ("Mutuo Acuerdo", "Un nuevo comienzo, más fácil") and the document set are aimed at Spanish-speaking couples, with terminology that matches Spain.

Good to know
- Jurisdiction. The documents and wording (convenio regulador, DNI, the "vosotros" verb forms) match Spain. Using it in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina or other countries means adapting the documents and procedure to local law.
- Legal regulation. The app gives guidance and helps prepare documents. It is not legal advice. In Spain a mutual-consent divorce normally still requires a lawyer (and a court or notary filing), so plan for legal review of the templates and clear disclaimers, or partner with a law firm.
- Screenshots. The images supplied are polished promotional mockups rather than raw device screenshots, and the tab bar varies between them (Ayuda vs Mensajes). Ask the seller for a demo build or a video of the running app before buying.
- Backend, AI and billing. The listing does not say which backend stores user data and the cloud document vault, which AI provider powers the assistant, or how subscriptions are billed (App Store/Google Play or a payment gateway). Confirm these with the seller. You will need your own accounts for each.
- Traction. No users, downloads or revenue are mentioned. Treat it as a pre-launch product.
- Privacy. Divorce cases involve sensitive personal data, so check GDPR compliance before launch.
