About this product
Real estate is the asset class people most want to own and find hardest to invest in. Good deals, such as multifamily syndications from experienced sponsors, are scattered across sponsor websites, PDFs and email lists, and every one reports returns differently. A new investor has no easy way to discover deals, understand the terms, or compare one opportunity's IRR and cash-on-cash return against another's.
Diversify is a real estate investment app that brings curated property offerings into one place. Investors can browse deals tailored to them, dig into each offering's sponsor, share classes and key metrics, compare opportunities side by side, and track their portfolio from a single dashboard. It's a finished, operational product for iOS, Android and web, built with Flutter and a Django REST backend.
It's a ready-made foundation for launching a real estate crowdfunding or syndication marketplace, similar in concept to Fundrise, CrowdStreet or RealtyMogul, without building the technology from scratch.

Good to know
- Investment platforms are regulated. Offering securities to the public usually requires registration or an exemption (in the US, e.g. Reg D, Reg CF or Reg A+), and possibly a broker-dealer or funding-portal partner. Get legal advice for your market before launch.
- Confirm how Invest Now and round-ups are processed. Ask the seller whether investment transactions, round-ups and payments are handled in the app or by a partner, and which payment or banking integrations are included.
- Deal data. Ask the seller whether the offerings shown are live partner deals or sample data, and whether any sponsor relationships transfer with the sale.
